The Terms and Conditions will be valid for all your future transactions with Kallisti Biotech Ltd, and subsidiaries (henceforth: Kallisti Biotech; may be referred to as ’us’) and visits to the site. Disclaimer: Kallisti Biotech does not guarantee that all items included in the Kallisti Biotech web shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable, Kallisti Biotech will contact you shortly by phone or by email. Force Majeure
In case of Force Majeure, Kallisti Biotech’s obligations will be suspended. The contract between you and Kallisti Biotech can, in such cases, be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by Kallisti Biotech. A Force Majeure is in the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. Under such circumstances, Kallisti Biotech will attempt to resolve all issues in a timely manner.
Governing Law
These terms of use are complied in accordance with UK law and the UK courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement. The laws of your country may differ from UK and there may be additional legal requirements to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website.
Payment
Kallisti Biotech Ltd offers payment via debit/credit card and Paypal. Parental or guardian consent is required for customers under the age of 18. If you are under 18 you must let your parent or guardian know about our privacy policy before you register to use this site or any of this site’s services. The order amount will be held on your card once the order has been placed. Your card will be charged as soon as your order is confirmed and dispatched from Kallisti Biotech’s warehouse.
Delivery
Your selected payment method will only be charged once your order has been shipped. Orders are normally processed and shipped within two working days. You will be notified by email should there be a delay in processing your order.

If for any reason you need to return a product we're here to help. Before you send anything back to us please email us or give us a call on: +44 (0) 1908 560 230. When you contact us please provide the order number above and let us know why you'd like to send it back alternatively you can exercise your statutory right of withdrawal as detailed below. You have a right to return any un-opened product within 14 days from receipt and receive a complete refund of the product cost. Please note that this applies to online orders purchased via kallistibiotech.co.uk, and neok9.uk only.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The time limit for withdrawal is thirty days from the day that you acquire, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (see below for contact details) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. You can also download a withdrawal form on our website electronically. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal by returning the relevant item to us, together with the pre-printed returns label that was included with the delivery, within the time limit for withdrawal; no separate declaration is then necessary. To exercise your right of withdrawal within the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send a notice concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before that period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (this excludes any supplementary costs for non-standard delivery option chosen by you), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods from you or evidence that you have sent them back. We shall reimburse you using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless we have agreed otherwise with you; in any event, we will not charge any additional fees for reimbursing you.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us (see above). The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if the goods were handled in a manner other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
